Do not submit patient records, treatment histories, identifiable health information or other sensitive patient data through public forms or general-purpose AI tools.

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, deliver purchased services, schedule meetings, process payments through third-party providers, maintain business records, improve our services and send communications where permitted.
4. Service providers
