1. Acceptance
By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. A separate proposal or service agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.
2. Services
AesthetiFlow AI provides marketing operations, content planning, CRM and follow-up workflow support for aesthetic clinics. Deliverables, timelines, revision limits and responsibilities are defined in the applicable checkout description, proposal or written agreement.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, timely access and approvals, confirm its legal basis for contacting recipients, and ensure that authorized clinical professionals approve treatment-related language, claims, safety information and patient communications.
The client must not provide patient records or identifiable personal health information unless a specific lawful, secure and contractually approved process has been established.
4. Fees, refunds and cancellation
Fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. The Consultation Growth Audit is paid upfront. Because work begins with clinic-specific research, refund eligibility is limited after work has started. If AesthetiFlow AI cannot begin or deliver the purchased audit for reasons within its control, an appropriate refund or remedy will be provided.
Implementation projects may require deposits, milestone payments and separate cancellation terms set out in a proposal or agreement.
5. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client may use final clinic-specific deliverables for its internal business and approved marketing. AesthetiFlow AI retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, methods and general know-how. Third-party platforms and assets remain subject to their own licences.
6. No guaranteed results and limitation
We do not guarantee revenue, consultation volume, treatment sales or regulatory approval. Outcomes depend on lead quality, staff execution, clinic availability, pricing, market conditions and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited.
